Progressive rock giants are thrilled to announce their triumphant return with a batch of U.S. and European tour dates in support of their brand-new LP!
A Perfect Circle headed by Tool leader Maynard James Keenan finally released their fourth studio album "Eat the Elephant" on April 20. Fans had to wait for this event over 14 years! Moreover, earlier this month an eye-catching lyric video for the song 'So Long, And Thanks For All The Fish' was also issued. In the video, we can see dolphins as a reference to the work of writer Douglas Adams.
Among the lead-themes of the sophomore album, you can find the problems of society, religion, politics, social inequality, and suicide. It is reported that guitarist Billy Howerdel wrote an early version of the title track featuring Linkin Park vocalist Chester Bennington, who committed suicide last year.
A Perfect Circle are incredibly excited to embark on their headlining tour in support of their fourth and most recent album, Eat the Elephant. The four-week tour will kick off at Maverick Center in Salt Lake City on October 20 and will conclude at Comerica Theatre in Phoenix on November 20. Other cities on the run will include Denver, Atlanta, Charlotte, Nashville, New York, Las Vegas and more.
Thereafter, during December 2018 the band will visit Europe with subsequent strings of shows. Full tour information and ticket purchase links can be found below.
