The Revolution - legendary funk-rock and neo-psychedelic band was founded by the distinguished musician Prince back in 1979, are now announcing a reunion and grand tour across the United States. After the death of Prince, all were shocked by the loss of stars of such a large scale, and especially the frustrated were the members of his former group, namely Lisa Coleman, Wendy Melvoin, Brown Mark, Bobby Z along with Matt Fink. This occasion prompted group members to unite and announce a tour around the United States in memory of their colleague and past activity. During the collaboration Prince and The Revolution, they made their hits occupied the leading position in US charts. In addition, the band also had to receive a double Grammy Award thanks to the song Purple Rain.
The Revolution have already been on several tours with such an aim, but as well as for the fans and as for the members of the band it was not enough, and therefore the list of tours increases. The previous trek taken the band across the US from April clean through until the beginning of July, kicked things off in Minneapolis, MN at Celebration 2017 at Paisley Park on April 21. Other stops on the run of dates included shows in Chicago, New York, Philadelphia, Indianapolis, San Antonio and many others. The last stop in The Revolution tours list was the city of Seattle, WA at The Showbox on July 15. So now The Revolution will appear in 5 more shows, starting with the city of Broomfield, CO at Bank Center on December 29, then they will visit Marksville, LA at Paragon Casino Resort on December 31. The following stops will be the city of New Orleans, LA at The Joy Theater on February 22th, Lauderdale, FL at Revolution Live Ft. on February 23th and the last stop in Atlanta, GA at The Tabernacle on February 24.
