Recently, extraordinary Annie Clark under the nick St. Vincent presented a new album MASSEDUCTION and announced a Fear the Future Tour, but it wasn't enough. St. Vincent extends her tour for 12 stops in February and March. So, the additional dates will see the cities of Asheville, Atlanta, New Orleans, Dallas, Tulsa, Norfolk and many others. Due to the newly announced dates, the final stop in “Fear the Future” Tour will be the city of Baltimore, MD at Hippodrome on March 4. By the way, Masseduction turned out to be the most unusual album of St.Vincent's whole avant-garde career. One of the best tracks from the new album is "New York", which at first glance can be taken for a piercing ballad about parting, especially as right before the preparation for recording the album she broked up with Cara Delevingne (Cara sings in some songs on "Masseduction"). However, the singer herself in the podcast "Song Exploder" said that it was more the dedication to one of the favorite cities where she lived for a long time, and the words in the chorus "I lost the hero / I lost a friend" – it’s the reaction to the death of David Bowie and Prince, namely the Clark’s musical idols.
