The The Return With First U.S. Tour in 18 Years

British post-punk veterans The The headed by Matt Johnson have made their triumphant return, today announcing North American & European headline gigs. Finally, the most underrated post-punk band in history officially back and decided to come out of hiding on the grand tour. In addition, The The will do their utmost in creating new art pieces and new releases very soon.

Being created in 1979, The The quickly sparked into various charts around the globe with few powerful singles "This Is the Day", "The Beat(en) Generation", "Gravitate to Me", "Jealous of Youth" and more. The most blooming band's work was 1986' album 'Infected', which gained gold certification in the UK.

Last year Matt Johnson recorded new music since 2000, the nostalgic documentary video for the song 'We Can't Stop What's Coming'. Hear it below.

Today musicians announced several 2018 tour dates, set to begin on September 14 in Boston, MA at Orpheum Theatre.
