The Pennsylvania-based Grammy-winners are going to hit the U.S. and please all their fans with first headlining Tour. Recently, the indie-rock band The War On Drugs with their latest alum 'A Deeper Understanding' won Best Rock Album at 60th Annual Grammy Awards at Madison Square Garden in New York City. By the way, 'A Deeper Understanding' is the band's fourth studio LP issued on August 25, 2017, via Atlantic Records. The album turned out to be very successful; making huge wave upon release, LP cracked Billboard's Top Alternative Albums and Top Rock Albums charts. In addition, the lead single 'Holding On', taken from The War on Drugs sophomore LP, was filmed by Brett Haley on June 13.
The trek will take the lead singer Adam Granduciel and his band around the globe from February in Australia clean through until the beginning of July, kicking things off in the U.S. on April 11 in the city of Las Vegas at Brooklyn Bowl. Other North American stops on the run of dates include shows in Indio at Coachella Festival on April 13 and 20, the concerts in such cities, as Tucson, Phoenix, Atlanta, Hunter, Royal Oak and Louisville.
