The pioneering indie-rock band from Glasgow, Scotland continue always ascending with their new musical release & today announced a batch of tour dates. Franz Ferdinand pleased all their loyal fans with fifth studio album called ‘Always Ascending' dropped out on 9 February via Domino Recording Company.
The album happens to be their first work in five years, following up 2013’ LP ‘Right Thoughts, Right Words, Right Action’. Moreover, during recording ‘Always Ascending' Franz Ferdinand had collaborated with their new member - Julian Corrie, who replaced Nick McCarthy.
One of the lead singles from Franz Ferdinand’ latest outing, namely the composition ‘Feel The Love Go’ was earlier filmed with comedian video. Hear it below.
The new wave band are extremely eager to showcase their fresh musical pieces with explosive new sound during upcoming Canadian and North American Tour.
The four-month-long tour has stops all over the country kicking things off on April 8 in Toronto, ON in Rebel and wrapping up on August 14 in Nashville, TN at Cannery Ballroom venue.
On the run of Franz Ferdinand tour dates will also be such cities, as Boston, Washington, Philadelphia, Brooklyn, Milwaukee, San Diego, Los Angeles, Chicago, Indianapolis, Richmond and more. The band also will head to Europe for a number of concerts.
