Unfortunately, singer Klaus Meine from Scorpions is seriously ill and got a diagnosis of laryngitis. Consequently, the group is not in a position to act with full abilities. Accordingly, the dates that were scheduled to take place now are actively canceling. Nobody expected such a sudden news, especially the members of the group themselves are in a big despair because half of the tour will have to be canceled. Also, the group frankly indicated about it via tweeter the following words:
"Klaus Meine has been advised by a top throat specialist in Los Angeles to rest his voice. If he continues the tour, he could risk permanent damage.
"The band stated, that they truly hate to disappoint our fans, but this time we have no choice but to cancel."
At the moment, it is completely unclear whether the dates of the shift will be transferred to other numbers or not. And it's likely that everything depends on how quickly Klaus Meine will recovering. So, such dates and cities have been canceled: as on October 8th at Phoenix at Talking Stick Arena, AZ; on October 11 in San Antonio at Freeman Coliseum, TX; on October 12 at Dallas Pavilion At The Music Factory, TX; on October 14 in Fort Lauderdale BB & T Center, FL; and finally on October 15 at Tampa Amalie Arena, FL.
